Small and medium-sized businesses can get a soft loan for investment purposes up to 1 billion rubles for a period of up to 10 years and for working capital replenishment - up to 100 million for a period of up to 3 years.
The program is aimed at expanding affordable lending to small and medium-sized enterprises for the entire period of the federal project “Enhancing access of SMEs to financial resources, including preferential financing" (as part of the national project "Small and medium-sized enterprises and support for individual entrepreneurial initiatives" ).
Concessional lending under the program is carried out:
- for investment purposes up to 1 billion rubles for a period of up to 10 years,
- -on replenishment of working capital - up to 100 million rubles for a period of up to 3 years.
