BUSINESS MISSION IN GUANGZHOU (GUANGDONG PROVINCE) WITHIN THE FOOD2CHINA EXPO

JSC "Russian Export Center" organizes a business mission for food products to the People's Republic of China (PRC), Guangdong Province, and the city of Guangzhou from September 19 to 21, 2019.

The main goal of the business mission of Russian enterprises is the organization of business meetings, negotiations between Russian participants with potential Chinese partners and the conclusion of foreign trade contracts.

Russian export-oriented producers and suppliers of food and agricultural products are invited to participate in this business mission.

Those wishing to participate must:

• Register in your personal account on the REC website (exportcenter.ru).
• Go to the business mission page and click the "Register" button.
• Prepare a package of documents for participating in a business mission (first send the materials in a working order to check the correctness of the completed data to the email address bm@exportcenter.ru).
• Fill out the registration form for the event and upload scanned copies of the prepared documents.
• After filing the application in electronic format, you must send the original documents to the REC: 123610, Moscow, Krasnopresnenskaya nab. 12, entrance 9.

In addition, in order to prepare business events, we ask you to send a presentation in Russian or English about your company and delivered products, as well as suggestions for creating a program for organizing negotiations with potential Chinese partners, by August 20, 2019 and, if necessary, signing bilateral documents.

We draw your attention to the fact that, in the framework of the implementation of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 28, 2019 No. 342, REC finances the organization of all activities within the framework of the business mission program, including the preparation of meetings for members of the Russian delegation. Companies independently pay for individual travel expenses of their representatives, incl. flights, visas and accommodation.
