Personal Data Processing Agreement Text: 

By this document, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, you confirm your consent to the processing of personal data by the Organization <(Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Export Support Center of the Volgograd Region")>: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer, blocking, depersonalization, destruction exclusively for the implementation of the Organization\'s activities (Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Export Support Center of the Volgograd Region"), as described below.

The Organization <(Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Export Support Center of the Volgograd Region")> guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. Processing of personal data is carried out for the purposes of effective interaction with the Organization (Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Export Support Center of the Volgograd Region"), execution of contracts and other obligations of the parties, within the framework of providing state support and services to small and medium-sized businesses of the Volgograd Region for the development of export activities.

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to third parties for the bona fide performance of obligations under the contract for paid services, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. The Organization <(Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Export Support Center of the Volgograd Region")> guarantees that third parties protect personal data under conditions similar to those set forth in the Personal Data Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to the following personal data: last name, first name and patronymic, email address, postal address, contact phone number, payment details, passport data, higher education data.

The term of consent is unlimited. You may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the address: 400012, Volgograd, Marshal of the Soviet Union G.K. Zhukov Avenue, bldg. 3, office 109, marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate and reliable, and that the presentation of information does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation, legitimate rights and interests of third parties. All information provided is filled out by me personally.

This consent is valid throughout the entire period of personal data storage, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
